For those who say that Corporate America treats everyone the same way, I would ask you to open your eyes and really watch what is going on. After 12 years at the executive level in a Fortune 50 Company, I can tell you that there is a definite difference in the treatment of the the two sexes.

I will never you know why most women settle on working for only 10% of your worth! No really, think about that for a minute. When you are working for Corporate America, you are stuck and the higher you go the more they have you. They pay you just enough to keep you from leaving and your current liabilities (home, car, life style) keeps you working for Corporate America. Sadly one of my best friends just retired (he is much older than me ) and spent 30 years with the company but was treated like his retirement was no big deal. After making this company hundreds of millions of dollars in those 30 years, he received a slap in the face…that was it for me. No more working for peanuts (even though there were many, many peanuts) it is not worth it. So after 30 years of corporate head aches he is now battling for his life with a very serious illness. Don’t give Corporate America the best years of your life. You must start now, before it is too late.

Let’s see, giving Corporate America the best years of your life, 30 to 60 minute commutes every day, working way over 40 hours per week, time away from family, added stress to family, not appreciated at work, treated differently than males at work, countless meetings that are a waste of time, living through Corporate Layoffs and seeing great people without jobs, paying in one of the highest % of the tax brackets, getting minimal write offs for your expenses, 40% of your time is spent on administrative tasks, 45% of your time spent on managing bad performers and being told when you how long your vacations can be. How much is that worth to you?

Start your home based business and work towards replacing your Corporate Salary. When you are making equal to or more than your Corporate Salary then you will be in charge. Never to be taken for granted again, because if you wish you can now FIRE YOUR BOSS. Tell them to take a hike and build your Financial Freedom.

Go head give yourself a raise. Oh, I forgot you are an employee and cannot do this. If you do not have a home based business then you are being left behind. Without multiple streams of income, you are a prisoner to the Corporate World. You have the power to change this now, but will you. You can no longer say, “If I only knew of a way to create wealth”, because your opportunity just knocked. Will you answer the door or continue to be a hostage??

Stop and figure out the true cost of your j.o.b. (just over broke). No matter how much money you make as an employee your chances living a financially secure life and helping those around you is next to 1%. If Las Vegas had those kind of odds, it would be a Ghost »”>ghost town, yet everyday people continue to do the same actions with their heads in the sands while going towards retire in terrible financial shape. Do not let this be you. Your family deserves much better.
